Settlement approved with weapons detector company FTC alleged deceived customers

Instead, NCS4 released – and Evolv publicly touted – the results of a shorter 25-page report that showed the Evolv Express scanner performed relatively well. "The FTC did not challenge the core efficacy of Evolv’s products.
