Companies in America doesn't have confidence in Blacks to deliver excellent job but looks towards Whites and Asians to fill the quotas. Wells Fargo bank is not an exception. Most times the Asians steals the knowledge in the company and escapes to their lands to compete.

Why do honest people get slammed for telling the truth?

ACtually alot of companies suffer from algorithims that cant see cross skills across various lines of work. If you dont drop the specific power word, you lose. ConfirmationBias like the way MSM Fakenews runs with a story before checking the facts.
