Legalization was stalled to allow LP, shareholders & foreign investors (like Corona, Coca-Cola & Virginia tobacco) to secure market share. Removing the “black market”? fentanyl is killing at an alarming rate with little to no reduction on illegal importation. Monopolization👎🏽
