On the first floor, the kitchen and living spaces make the most of the natural light the house receives. An external courtyard connects the two rooms, and there is also a sun terrace, providing an outdoor space to enjoy during the warmer months, and a source of light all year round.
Outside, to the front of the house is a large gravelled area, providing plenty of off-street parking, while electric gates provide security and privacy.
