Central Penn Distilling, Inc., operating as Mason Dixon Distillery in Gettysburg, Pa. has filed a civil suit against Drake's Organic Spirits, Inc. of Minnesota. The suit was brought on after Drake's sent a letter to Mason Dixon claiming it has trademark rights over the name "boxtail.
