The idea for Westside's new concept has been in the works for years and will feature twists on classic dishes, cocktails and"Instagram-worthy" drinks and eats, said Jenna Oxford, the director of events and marketing for Westside Concepts. This portion of the GSQ located along 150th Drive still has about four restaurant spaces available for lease ranging in size from 2,100 to 6,550 square feet. Just north of the restaurants, Wells said about seven spaces that are 1,200 to 2,400 square feet in size are available for retail such as a coffee shop or fitness center.
