Frisco company and Goldman Sachs team up on Texas apartment buys

CAF Cos.' local properties include the Residences of North Dallas on Midway Road.A Frisco-based real estate company has teamed up with a unit of Goldman Sachs to purchase eight Texas apartment communities.
