Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP are investigating the theft of a CAT mini excavator stolen from Reid’s Construction on Main Street in the early morning hours on Sunday.Anyone with information is asked to contact Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
