NatWest Group PLC NWG, +1.52%, a banking company, and aerospace products/parts company Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC RR, +1.45% rounded out the top five largest increases as their stocks climbed 1.52% and 1.45%, respectively. Shares of diversified reits firm British Land Co. PLC BLND, -3.44% and industrial/office reits company SEGRO PLC SGRO, -3.27% dropped 3.44% and 3.27%, respectively.
The pound was up 0.06% against dollar GBPUSD, +0.06% at $1.2389 and was down 0.09% against the euro GBPEUR, -0.07% at €1.1528.
