Senior figures from the Irish stock market operator and related firms are developing recommendations to revive the IPO market in Ireland. The recommendations include the establishment of a "cornerstone fund", tax incentives for retail investors, and tax breaks for founders or owners of companies that join the market.

As many as 20 senior figures from the Irish stock market operator and firms spanning stockbroking, corporate law, accountancy, and financial public relations are developing a detailed pitch for the Government to help reboot the IPO market in Ireland.

They are working on three core recommendations from a 2023 report, which include the establishment of a "cornerstone fund", tax incentives for retail investors, and tax breaks for founders or owners of companies that join the market.
