It’s no secret that a lot of Malaysians aren’t happy with their salaries. Though, many stay with their current employers in hopes that their bosses will one day see their value and appreciate their loyalty.A Malaysian recently took to the @meinmokhtar Twitter page to anonymously share and encourage people to job hop in order to get proper increments to their salaries and better benefits.

“Even if the boss provides me with a counter offer, I won’t accept it because if they want to increase my salary, they could have easily done that in the first place but they chose not to. So, just leave until you find a company with the best benefits,” they added.While job hopping isn’t something that’s encouraged as it is viewed as a lack of loyalty, at the end of the day, people have to do what’s best for them.
