The Zulu monarch was addressing the official opening of the provincial legislature in Pietermaritzburg. On Wednesday, Premier Thami Ntuli will deliver his inaugural State of the Province Address. “As I stand here today many Amakhosi, Izinduna and community members are buried because of this gun violence. The critics point is that there are always instigators behind all these shooting. Due to the gun violence, many families are impoverished by this having lost bread winners. One question is asked all the time, why do we have crime?”
