Chabane says the probe should be finalized speedily to provide answers.

The Chairperson of Parliament’s Portfolio Committee on Home Affairs, Mosa Chabane, has called for the speedy conclusion of investigations into the citizenship status of formerThis comes after Home Affairs found prima facie evidence suggesting that Adetshina’s mother may have committed fraud and identity theft.“We’ve noted the preliminary report presented by the minister and we note that there’s still a lot to be done in terms of the investigation.

Adetshina has since withdrawn from the competition citing safety concerns and the wellbeing of her family as the reason.Miss South Africa entrant Chidimma Adetshina has withdrawn from the competition. She took to social media to announce her withdrawal and wished the contestants well.
