S&P 500, Nasdaq open higher as stocks look to build on gains

The averages are looking to build on the gains from last week, after the Federal Reserve cut its benchmark rate by 50 basis points.We're just seconds away from the opening bell on Wall Street, taking a look at the Dow, the S and P 500 the NASDAQ futures.
