The founder and CEO of the shed manufacturer on Thursday bought the Denver office complex at Interstate 25 and Colorado Boulevard, where the company has been headquartered for three decades.

In a statement, Saurey said he’d “always wanted to own the building that houses our corporate office.” The towers were built in 1980 and 1982, according to marketing materials prepared by CBRE. There are 62 tenants overall between them. The weighted average lease term for the complex, which measures how much time is left on a property’s various leases, is 3.2 years.
