"The 28-year-old man was at the scene at around 12.30pm when he saw the remains in the bushes.
We have yet to confirm the identity of the body as it was in a state of decomposition and the skull was found about three feet away from the body," he said in a statement on Sunday ."Further checks revealed the area did not have any CCTVs and that there was no security guard on duty there. Forensic unit personnel, K-9 unit and Kuala Lumpur Hospital pathology personnel were then called to the scene to investigate further," he said.
