Women buy the degree, the wardrobe, the car, the hairstyle and think that they are on the fast track without ideas or creativity. Most are only good for compliance work.

Hi Sheryl; great article. Unlike every single answer on this thread (so far) who coincidentally are all MEN, I get what you are saying. I have been in tech for 30 years, the company I am currently at has 1 (ONE) Female VP in a company of 35,000 employees. 🤔

Facebook is a dumpster fire and she was supposed to be the responsible one in charge of it.

I need to close the gender gap at my work. Can you find me a woman who can carry 25 kg bags without the complaining pls?
