, a brand of CBD-infused hemp products, and we’ve done so for years without any guidance, oversight or interest from the FDA. Not in the seven years since Colorado and Washington first legalized marijuana for recreational use, nor in the three years since Congress legalized the production of hemp-derived cannabinoid products, has the FDA taken action to protect consumers from bad actors or offered guidance to those wanting to do right by consumers.

It's a damn plant. No need for the FDA to get involved at all.

The FDA has become nothing more than a facilitator for corporate control!

And the pharmaceutical industry? Or how about the CDC, FDA, HHS, State Dept, DOJ, EPA, DOE, etc?

Personal opinion: The cannabis industry was rife with fraudsters long before legalization occurred. Ask anyone who was around in the 60s.
