Post-COP26, Mr Morrison said, “it's not about the if and when” of addressing the climate crisis, “it's only about the how”. Mr Taylor said the project was the first to be registered under the government's Emissions Reduction Fund and was a major step forward for the technology in Australia.

Would they be criticised if they put a carbon capture tree plantation there? LOL

Glasgow has made clear, Australia is a petro state subject to an extreme form of regulatory capture where the Government has been captured to serve the commercial interests of the fossil fuel industry.

He is defending them from Dubai having already left COP26, after being there for what... one day? Yeah he is really serious about the government’s climate plan and addressing climate change.😶

If it wasn't true, it'd be laughable. You really couldn't make this nonsense up.
