Reports say Jacob Rees-Mogg borrows up to £2.94 million a year in cheap ‘director’s loans’ from his Cayman Islands-linked company – but did not declare them to Parliamentary authorities.

The Leader of the House has been accused of what Labour said appeared to be an ‘egregious breach’ of rules is demanding an investigation into sleaze allegations against Jacob Rees-Mogg, as the scandal rumbles on.

His opposite number, Labour’s Thangam Debbonaire claimed the allegations appeared to be ‘yet another egregious breach’ of rules by a Conservative MP.
