Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is due to address Dáil Éireann and the Seanad tomorrow

The paper reports that in the letter to the Department, the embassy explains that its current provider of fuel has refused to deliver diesel and that other providers of diesel in the Dublin area have also declined to do business with the embassy.

The embassy is also said to have told the DFA that it had a"very limited supply" of diesel that would only last until the end of the week, before asking the Department to intervene in what it described as a"clearly discriminatory case".
