Zhengxin Fried Chicken, which has over 20,000 shops around the world, also has a unit at the market.
Renshaw Street Market proprietor and Jidong Bubble Tea entrepreneur, Xiaoyu Zhou, commented: “We are excited to be launching the market this month after a long fit out of the premises and waiting on Covid restrictions to be finally dropped.
