Bitcoin miner rhodium_inc is merging with tech firm SilverSun Technologies $SSNT to list on the Nasdaq. egrechee reports

Under the terms of the merger agreement, SilverSun shareholders will receive a cash dividend of no less than $1.50 a share – roughly $8.
