For instance, declines and tentative RSVPs have soared in the past two years by 84% and 216%, respectively. And there are also emails and"pings" they answer during and between those meetings.

_Business Measuring productivity is key through KPI's. As long my reports are achieving and show a willingness to take on projects that expand their skills set, I am happy. What more could I ask for?
