is investigating the homicide that happened on the 2000 block of Market Street. Police in a statement said Mission District officers responded to the scene at around 8:26 p.m. on the report of a stabbing. There, they found an adult male suffering from possible stab wounds being treated by paramedics. The victim was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The area is a bustling corridor of businesses, nightlife, restaurants, and the main thoroughfare with public transportation, including street cars that roll down Market Street. Police said no arrests have been made. They did not say if there was any suspect information available. A KTVU reporter reached out to SFPD for more information. We will update this story as we learn more details.

SFPD Only way out, unfortunately. The more law abiding citizens impacted by lack of public safety, the more likely they are to hit the voting booth next month to finally remove the enablers of their crime and drug ridden neighborhoods. Vote them out on Nov 8. And no Hamasaki votes.
SFPD When I see you saying that one man has taken to carrying a taser I know that you did not research the story in depth because lots of people carry tasers I’m sure there were many people much more than one before all this crime wave hysteria.
SFPD Taser? Why not just buy a gun - seriously
SFPD Yeah… Well….. The neighbors always vote for the exact same woke, virtue signaling liberal drek every freaking time… So- Who’s to blame ?
SFPD San Francisco is a 'no go' place for me now like Oakland Sad
