The biggest thing I think is the ability to use a credit card to buy at a dispensary. Currently due to federal ban you can't use a credit card.

Canada has an abusive regulatory and taxing regime causing their market problems. Politicians think taxing and regulating marijuana like cigarettes is a stroke of genius, but ignore the thriving black market that just won’t participate in their goofy schemes

The Drug Culture Class are Shameless and Selfish, that high drives their morality.

Rich people consolidate all the wealth and feed the workers crumbs.

What would happen is a lot of people would be let out of jail, jobs would be created and tax revenue would go up. Just need to make sure that mega corporations don’t corner the market like the tobacco and alcohol industry.

Weed is still not legal in all states or federally. Once it is legal everywhere, the weed industry can work with law enforcement to prevent illegal grows. Just like the alcohol companies do not want moonshiners.
