KULAI: The state government is in talks with at least 20 companies that are keen to invest in Johor, says Lee Ting Han.

The state investment, trade and consumer affairs committee chairman said this includes companies from the data centre, pharmaceutical and petro-chemical sectors."So we do see a positive inflow of investment at least until the second quarter of next year and moving forward, it will really depend on the global economic situation," he said.

Lee noted that at least two data companies - from the United States and Australia - are expected to be set up in Johor.
