by Alex Rozier, Mississippi Today October 19, 2022 A Pearl man pleaded guilty this week for his role in allowing a Brandon company to illegally dump its waste into Jackson's worn-down sewer system. The U.S. Department of Justice is alleging that leadership of the company, Gold Coast Commodities , intentionally deceived local and state officials about how it was disposing of its waste.

Finally MDEQ doing its job! time to show the faces of these environmental polluters. These guys trying to profit from a scam to make biofuel. Dumping millions of gallons of waste into public sewers drains basically into the Pearl River untreated.
