Large stock awards didn't weigh down the pockets of three Valley chief financial officers, but rather boosted them to the top of the annual Phoenix Business Journal rankings of highest-paid CFOs.

Timothy Boswell, president and CFO of WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. , received a stock award of nearly $8.8 million and a non-equity award of $1.1 million, giving him total compensation of $10.97 million for the year. Ranking third was GoDaddy Inc. CFO Mark McCaffrey. He received the smallest base salary of the top three, $298,846, but was given a $250,000 bonus and a hefty stock award of $8.67 million for a total of $9.48 million.to see the 25 Arizona CFOs with the highest compensation in 2020.Best Places to Work brought to you by The Phoenix Business Journal and CornerStone Staffing
