A news release stated that Dokmecioglu"agreed to resign due to violations of the Company's Code of Conduct that were unrelated to strategy, operations or financial reporting." Every employee, without exception, is accountable for knowing and following the Code," saidGamgort, who is the current executive chairman of KDP, was reappointed to the CEO role by the company's board. He will continue to maintain the role of chairman, as well.
