In 2012, David Rousseau, board chair of the Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl XLIX and LVII, and Michael Bidwill, owner of the Arizona Cardinals, approached Parry asking if she would lead the charge for Super Bowl XLIX in 2015.
