Cigna & Express Scripts are denying doctor prescriptions to give to patients who cannot use the preferred Cigna drug. What should the 80 year old female do. I trust my pulmonary. I have read the Incluse problems and are afraid to use since Milk makes me sick. HELP

If healthcare was non-profit, none of this would be happening.
