Reeling from rising interest rates and rocketing inflation, consumers poured into the stores of SA’s biggest retailers on Black Friday looking for the best bargains to stretch their battered wallets. | News24_Business

Mike Middleton, chief marketing officer for Shoprite, SA’s largest retailer, told News24 that items such as toilet paper, nappies, washing power and soft drinks proved very popular on the day.
