President Cyril Ramaphosa has rejected what he terms as the abuse of legal processes and labelled the private prosecution bid by former President Jacob Zuma as substandard.

He has accused Ramaphosa of being an accessory after the fact in the alleged crimes committed by Advocate Billy Downer in breaching the provisions of the National Prosecuting Authority Act.The President’s Spokesperson, Vincent Magwenya, says there has not been a nolle prosequi certificate issued by the NPA.

The Foundation’s spokesperson Mzwanele Manyi says he can confirm this and will release more information at a later stage.

It's pathetic actually. What is it that he wants to be shielded. He is too old for this

Since you are his propaganda channel, can you tell him that he is innocent until found guilty (that will never happen) but he must be cleared by the court, unlike other people that he found guilty and suspended them while the court cases were not complete.

You should have said as your headlines 'Cyril Ramaphosa has been charge, case is on January 2023' not how you have put it

He must reject it in court

Same man that respects judiciary

Be must go and say it in Court of law

His the president and the law himself

He suspended general secretary of his organisation, he suspended public protecter and he also suspended president judge people called him brave 🐃. So now tables have turned.

Remind him the court date 19 January 2023, he must tell the court

Jacob Zuma is right

This president is not an honourable man. A head of state that does not want to take account is not a man that leads with honesty
