KEEP ON SEEING THESE REVUES AND WONDER WHY THE AUTHORS CANNOT STATE IF THE COMMENTS ARE APLICABLE TO ENGLAND /WALES If only applicable in these parts of uk CAN I ASK THAT YOU BE SPECIFIC AS NOT TO DO SO COULD CONFUSE STUDENTS

Bell curve grading fuels competition in good schools but gives dumb kids better grades in crappy schools. I've yet to see a second-tier school giving solid students a worse grade, because their peers exceeded expectations. It's almost exclusively used for grade inflation.

The letter about modular systems and honours degree classification is spot on.
