Police investigators said Liang was walking along Abad Santos St. in City Market Plaza when he was shot in the head. “I have ordered an in-depth probe on this incident and we are looking into all angles to establish possible motives,” said Pasiwen. “We assure the public, as well as the victim’s family, of our total commitment to ensure immediate resolution of the case through proper investigation,” said Pasiwen said the case will be top priority considering a barangay official is involved.
