A Springfield bar that had its outdoor seating area shut down by the city last month has reopened, the venue announced on social media Thursday.known for its backyard patio and bottomless mimosas, was limited to indoor service following an inspection in December that led the Jacksonville fire marshal to issue violations.
Although customers can use the outdoor patio, the geodome yurts on the premise are still off-limits, the bar owners posted, saying they will"hopefully" be open soon. The District sits on the site of the former Walnut Inn, which operated on the premises for 45 years prior to closing in 2019. The District's owners took over the property in 2020, opening in the same year.
