Never mind the super rich home, I'd be happy if someone gave me the cash equivalent of the 12% stamp duty they pay - that's a phenomenal amount! Might help me buy a modest-salary home.

If someone from abroad is buying property in the U.K., that someone obviously think that Brexit will bring a brighter future. Nobody invest when they expect the prices to go down.
