of the High Court in Johannesburg today in Ramaphosa’s urgent application against Zuma’s intentions to privately prosecute him.Zuma is accusing Ramaphosa of failing to act regarding prosecutor the alleged disclosure of his medical records. The former President has also accused the National Prosecuting Authority of being dishonest in relation to the issuing of the nolle prosequi certificates.

Lawyer for the President, Advocate Ngwako Maenetje, argued that Ramaphosa’s rights would be trampled upon should he be forced to appear in what he says is an unlawful private prosecution. Dubazana says: “I really don’t think that they had a strong argument for urgency. If you even saw how the presiding officers were probing at the issue of urgency to the counsel for Ramaphosa, they are possibly not as convinced that the matter was as urgent as it is made to be or to appear as if it is.

He's an independent legal expert like the others people who protect the law of our country, justice system in Mzanzi is protected by the constitution. We're a constitutional state.

Why. His understanding of the law is limited

What qualifies him as an 'expert'? So he knows more than the 3 judges

From my point of view these personal prosecution battles between Cyril and Jacob are derailing the focus of the people. People should be concerned and pushing for the government to solve the power crisis. Who will benefit from this useless things

That legal expect of yours, Mpumelelo Zikalala is suspect, he's always biased. Really take us serious get proper legal expects.

Get proper Legal expert next time

Mr Ramacovid aka RAMAPROMISE is really a problem Leader and there's nothing good that he has done for the youth of this country and it's not fair at all to my fellow South Africans
