Organisations such as BCC are reinforcing the argument Leave have been making. Freedom of movement depresses wages and encourages firms not to invest in training. As for “economic stagnation” see Germany, France, Italy, Spain ...

Start doing proper apprenticeships........and pay peanuts, you will only get monkeys.

Train people then pay them the going rate or kick the ‘bad back’ brigade off the sick...
