Construction has kicked off on the next North Texas business park – this time in Rockwall.
Georgia-based Seefried Properties and USAA Real Estate have teamed up to build Rockwall Park 30, a 23-acre industrial project on Interstate 30 at Data Drive.“We are thrilled to be developing new product in this fast-growing part of the Metroplex,” Jonathan Stites, senior vice president at Seefried said in a statement “Seefried is excited to team with USAA Real Estate once again.”The two Rockwall buildings are set to open by the end of this year.
