Grata, a new platform that gives service industry workers public recognition for their work, is being rolled out at all Mesero Restaurant Group locations.

Check presenters at all Mesero restaurants now feature a QR code for Grata, a platform that allows customers to leave praise for service workers. He envisions Grata being used by restaurant workers to highlight their experience in job interviews, by employers giving out bonuses and internal recognition, and by diners looking to build relationships with servers and bartenders at their favorite restaurants.

The newly constructed bar and dining section at the Inwood Village Mesero location, which is one of seven Mesero restaurants implementing a new employee gratitude platform called Grata.
