This spring, Lennar will open two model homes in Shearwater’s Phase III Pinewood neighborhood. That includes The Lincoln townhomes with 1,707 square feet, priced from $319,990. Lennar’s Truman townhome plans are 1,782 square feet, priced from $334,990.
