Ok am I the only one who thinks this is awful? This needs a deeper look into why this happened.

So, as teenagers, we're encouraged to partake in irreversible medical procedures, but don't have the option to make honest money to help out the family? If a teenager is seeking out a job like this, then they're definitely coming from a household where a parent can't/won't work.
