CRH, Ireland's biggest public company, is moving its primary stock market listing to the US.

The company, the largest listed on Ireland’s stock exchange, made the announcement this morning as it revealed a 12 per cent rise in group sales during 2022 to $32.7 billion.

CRH has its primary listing in London, with a secondary one in Dublin. It is the largest company by market value on the Irish exchange.
