The seven new office buildings are part of an 18-acre property along State Highway 114 that Dallas’ Rosewood Property Co. acquired last year.

Savannah said the project will include seven buildings totaling 57,000 square feet. Planning documents filed with the state estimated the project cost at more than $10 million.

“The site encompasses approximately five acres and will accommodate professional offices, including business and medical,” according to Savannah’s marketing materials. Dallas’ O’Brien Architects designed the new business park, which is set to open next year, according to the state planning documents.The office campus is being built on part of an 18-acre property acquired last year by Dallas’ Rosewood Property Co. Rosewood demolished the three-story building at 200 W. John Carpenter Freeway that originally housed offices for Allstate Insurance.It’s one of three projects Savannah is building in Las Colinas.
