Perth company heralds move into four-day working week

The Western Australian company has been operating across a four-day working week for its employees since May after it was introduced in the company's strategic plans in 2021 following the COVID-19 pandemic.

"The team are telling us they're noticing an improvement in communication and morale – they're less stressed and people just seem happier. "This does require some initial planning and effort from your team as well, but I push you to change your company for the better," he said.
