A man was shot to death Sunday, July 2, 2023, in the 2700 block of Republic Boulevard in Birmingham. A 14-year-old girl has been charged in the shooting death of a man killed earlier this month outside a west Birmingham paper and packing supply company.where he worked and while he was on a break.
Police arrived in the parking lot of Athens Paper to find Cummings unresponsive. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
