I walk past homeless people all the time. I don’t see them crying. Get over it I say. Your luxury hotel has to charge you a bit extra. What is it with this generation, they feel so entitled. I can't figure out why people book through these intermediary websites. In my experience, hotels are more than happy to take bookings direct.
