A much-loved neighbourhood cafe and restaurant has gone up for sale after the owners made the decision to retire after 13 years.

Bullands Coffee House and Restaurant on Mugdock Road is known for its great service, warm welcoming atmosphere, and fantasticLoved by regulars, the cafe is famous for its homemade soup, morning rolls, and monster-sized scones.

After 13 years, the current owners have decided to retire and are looking forward to passing the torch after winding down for a number of years. The cafe is licensed and has a large covered terrace perfect for furry friends. Currently only operating from 10am to 4pm, new owners could take advantage of the unit's 9am to 11pm trading hours.
